And Finally, TAPMI Songs ...

Setting a new tradition, our batch started MBA (Music By Amateurs). The group comprises of Anudeep "Rockstar" Sapaliga, Kanishka "KC" Chatterjee and Vinayak "John" Kamath. They composed 3 songs and they remind me of the two great years I spent at TAPMI. Click on this RapidShare link to listen to them:

Adieu to TAPMI

We had our Farewell Party last night. A grand party by all big-hearted people, our junies. These are the best bunch of junies one can get. They are always willing to stick their neck out - be it Placements or Farewell. Even the gift we received alongwith the Invitation is something that we would cherish throughout our lives - it was a pen the cover of which had the TAPMI logo and the crafting on the pen reads - "I am a TAPMIan 2004-06". These guys simply rock.

The Family Bike

This could very well seat a complete family !!!

Remember the Old Days After College

A recent forwarded mail reminded me of the days when I had just passed out of college. I had no job. Though these were only 10 days or so - they were like hell. It seemed that I was worthless - so much so that I was unable to talk to my parents comfortably. I was again to face this, though not directly, when my girlfriend was looking (read hunting) for a job.

The mail reminded me of the struggles that I went through. Others saw humour in the letter but I saw desperation. Take a look.

Last Week at TAPMI

Well, this is "academically" gonna be my last week at TAPMI. Though there's no feeling as such of missing anyone or anything, but the golden time I'm spending with people after placements, exploring places in and around Manipal, is just flying off!!! And I'm definitely gonna miss this part of my stay at TAPMI. But as they say, all good things must come to an end - and so must this time. During these two years and still, I've enjoyed interacting with a lot of people and found them amazing in in one way or the other!!

The latest among them being Jenny. When I saw a PPT she has made by collecting some pics that she had shot in Manipal, I began to think of her in a completely different way - in complete contrast to the image I had of her when I saw her martial art on display in the first year.
The pics are awesome, to put it mildly. Such is the colour combination that one cannot help but marvel!! Pity that I can't put them here - its Intellectual Property, you see ... :)

I really hope to discover some more such hidden "talents" in the remaining limited time.
